The order of the blasts:
three sets, of three blasts each.
The length of a tekiah — one long blast — is like three teruos.
The length of a teruah is like three yevavos — three sobs.
He blew the tekiah of the first set,
and drew the second out the length of two:
he has no more than one in hand.
One who said the brachos
and only afterwards a shofar came to hand:
he blows tekiah, teruah and tekiah three times.
Just as the shliach tzibbur is obligated,
so every single individual is obligated.
Rabban Gamliel says:
the shliach tzibbur
discharges the public of their obligation.

This English is a clause-by-clause rendering to help you follow the Hebrew. It is not word-for-word literal, and it is not a transcript of the recorded shiur — the audio carries explanation and context the translation deliberately leaves out.
