שׁוֹפָר שֶׁנִּסְדַּק וְדִבְּקוֹ,
פָּסוּל.
דִּבֵּק שִׁבְרֵי שׁוֹפָרוֹת,
פָּסוּל.
נִקַּב וּסְתָמוֹ,
אִם מְעַכֵּב אֶת הַתְּקִיעָה,
פָּסוּל.
וְאִם לָאו,
כָּשֵׁר:
A shofar that split, and he glued it back:
pasul — unfit.
He glued together broken pieces of shofros:
pasul.
It was pierced, and he stopped up the hole:
if the plug holds back the blast,
pasul.
and if the plug does not,
kasher — fit.
