אֵין מוֹצִיאִין שֶׁמֶן שְׂרֵפָה וּפֵרוֹת שְׁבִיעִית מֵהָאָרֶץ לְחוּץ לָאָרֶץ.
אָמַר רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן,
שָׁמַעְתִּי בְפֵרוּשׁ,
שֶׁמּוֹצִיאִין לְסוּרְיָא
וְאֵין מוֹצִיאִין לְחוּץ לָאָרֶץ:
One may not take out oil designated for burning or Sheviis produce from the Land to outside the Land.
Said Rabbi Shimon,
I heard explicitly
that one may take [it] out to Syria,
but one may not take [it] out to outside the Land:
